2. Use of the App
The App is intended for personal use only for the purpose of managing personal investment portfolios. The App may not be used for commercial or unlawful purposes without prior written consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We use Google Authentication for secure login
We encrypt your data but are not liable for any data breach resulting from your negligence

All information provided in the App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information displayed
Use of the information is at your own risk
5. Rights and Obligations
Assets Flow reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assets Flow and its partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App, temporarily or permanently, without notice, for any reason, including:

Unlawful or negligent activity by the user
Technical issues or App failures

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be brought before a competent court within Israel.

Important: Data Accuracy Notice
The information displayed in Assets Flow is only as accurate as the data you enter. Assets Flow does not verify or validate your investment data against external sources. We strongly recommend always double-checking your information against official sources, such as bank statements, brokerage accounts, property management portals, and other authoritative financial records.
Assets Flow is a dashboard tool designed to help users track and visualize their investment portfolios. The application serves solely as an informational display and organizational tool.
Dashboard Only: Assets Flow functions exclusively as a dashboard for displaying information. It does not make, suggest, or recommend any business, investment, or financial decisions. All decisions are made solely by you, the user.
No Recommendations: Assets Flow does not provide recommendations, suggestions, or guidance on buying, selling, holding, or managing any assets or investments. Any appearance of recommendation in the App is purely coincidental and should not be relied upon.
User-Entered Data: All investment information displayed in the App reflects data entered by you, the user. Assets Flow does not independently verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of any information you input.
Verification Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all investment information by contacting the relevant financial institutions, including but not limited to: banks, credit companies, brokerage firms, insurance companies, pension funds, and any other entities that manage or hold your funds.
No Financial Advice: Assets Flow does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The App merely displays the information you have entered for your convenience.
Business Decisions: Assets Flow is not responsible for any business, investment, or financial decisions you make. You acknowledge that all such decisions are made at your own risk and discretion.
Limitation of Liability for Investment Data: Assets Flow shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from reliance on the information displayed in the App, including but not limited to: inaccurate investment valuations, missed payments, incorrect interest calculations, or any other discrepancies between the App's display and your actual financial position.
Data Accuracy: Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data displayed are the responsibility of the user. Assets Flow is not responsible for ensuring that the information you enter matches your actual investments.
11. Tokenized Asset Tracking
Assets Flow may display information about tokenized investments, blockchain-based assets, and digital tokens. The following terms apply specifically to such functionality:
Tracking Only, No Transactions: Assets Flow is a portfolio tracking tool and NOT a cryptocurrency wallet, digital asset exchange, or blockchain transaction platform. The App cannot buy, sell, transfer, or hold any tokens or digital assets on your behalf.
User-Entered Token Data: All token-related information (token balances, contract addresses, wallet addresses, token symbols) displayed in the App is entered by you, the user. Assets Flow does not automatically verify this data against any blockchain.
Blockchain Verification Required: You must verify your actual token holdings, wallet balances, and transaction history directly on the relevant blockchain explorer (e.g., Etherscan, Polygonscan) or through your wallet provider. Assets Flow is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed data and actual blockchain state.
No Real-Time Blockchain Data: Token prices, balances, and other blockchain data displayed in the App may be outdated, inaccurate, or based on user input. Assets Flow does not guarantee real-time synchronization with any blockchain network.
Third-Party Token Providers: If you track investments from tokenization platforms (e.g., RealT, Lofty, or similar), you must verify all information with those platforms directly. Assets Flow has no affiliation with or access to these third-party services.
No Ownership Verification: Displaying token information in Assets Flow does not constitute proof of ownership. Legal ownership of tokenized assets is determined solely by the relevant blockchain records and applicable legal agreements (e.g., SPV shares).
Smart Contract Risks: Assets Flow is not responsible for any issues arising from smart contracts, including but not limited to: contract bugs, exploits, failed transactions, or loss of funds on the blockchain.
Regulatory Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding tokenized assets, cryptocurrencies, and digital securities in your jurisdiction. Assets Flow does not provide legal or regulatory guidance.
12. Investor Communications
By using Assets Flow, you acknowledge and agree that we may occasionally communicate with you via your registered email address. Such communications may include:
Product updates and new feature announcements
Important service notifications
Investment-related updates relevant to your portfolio
Company news and announcements
Occasional promotional content
You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at service@assetsflow.work. Note that service-related communications (such as security alerts or account updates) cannot be opted out of as they are essential for the proper functioning of your account.
